About me

I’m a Project Leader at BCG, specializing in Applied AI, knowledge management, and cybersecurity. Much of my recent work has been on caseOS: shaping its direction, designing and building it, and overseeing parts of its development.

I enjoy working across those boundaries. I like being involved early enough to influence what gets built, and staying close enough to the work to understand how it actually behaves.

Building and teaching

I also teach people how to use AI effectively. I wrote an onboarding curriculum that combines the ideas behind the tools with practical work using them. Helping someone become capable with a tool is a satisfying part of the job.

Knowledge management is another lasting interest: how we preserve useful context, find it again, and make it available to the next person or process that needs it.

Outside work

My personal projects include Isochrone, a trip compiler that is still very much in progress, and genealogy research. Both have given me useful ways to think about working with models over time.

I’m also writing about sabbatical, everyday routines, and how a day gets filled.
